A little birdie told me about a winter wonderland that I would probably enjoy visiting on the “Aldergrove” sim so I bundled up and ventured out to it. “Asgard’s Winter Wonderland” has a little bit of everything for the lovers of winter. Christmas is in full swing there right now and the atmosphere is very festive.
This was a pretty cool sim and I enjoyed all the different items that they have put together there. It was a fun afternoon of looking around. Thank you Ravin Asgard (Ravinbyrd in-world) for mentioning this to me.
I hope you enjoy the pictures and the SLURL is located at the bottom of the post.

This holiday season has presented many beautiful sims to explore and the “Holiday Trace” build continues this year’s journey through winter regions. Kylie Jaxxon has put together something truly peaceful and beautiful to behold. I really enjoyed my visit here and wandered around taking in the sights and admiring the placement of the items she has placed around the build. As I mentioned before, it is beautifully done and the perfect location for a quiet getaway.
As always, I am sharing the pictures I took and have included the SLURL at the bottom of this post. I do hope you enjoy the pictures and take advantage of the link to experience this firsthand.

Entering “Winter Wonderland”, located on “The Forest” sim, I quickly found myself in a blizzard. Okay, not a blizzard but a pretty decent snow storm. This really added to the whole experience and, if you click the board near the landing zone, they send you some cute gifts to make your experience funner still (including cold breath).
This sim is delightful. Plenty to see and lots to explore. From the notecard that you will receive if you click the board, “Step into a magical wonderland this holiday season, and feel the cold air dance across your face. Warm yourself with a mug of hot cocoa, as the frosted air pinks your cheeks and nose. Step away from the ordinary and feel yourself transform in the festive environment. Walk the winter paths, as you listen to the sounds of the frozen ground crackle under your boots, and lose yourself in the lights. Take a ride on the train, to relax, and to let the environment come to you. Take the ski lift up to the lodge, and warm up next to the crackling fire. Play a game with your loved ones as snow covers the ground outside. Whatever you find yourself doing at ‘The Forest’ this holiday season, you will surely feel the magic at every turn.”
I took several pictures while there and hope you like them and inspire you to pay them a visit. I have included the SLURL at the bottom of this post.

Daisy Kwon had done it again with this creation in her series of Love Story themes. Season of Joy is decorated for the holidays and must be visited to fully appreciate it. You will be greeted with a notecard of highlights on the sim which consist of:
- South edge of the pond. Sledding on the hill by the church. Holiday decorations and lights AND snow!
- Dining in the shops on the main street or behind them on the patio overlooking the lake. The private tables are animated and include dining and dancing.
- The 3 private beaches on the west end. Enjoy the sunset!
- Dancing on the patio on the W side between the beaches.
- A walk in the woods. Beware of the animals. Look for the cozy couple spots.
- There are at least 15 intimate spots for couples. Find and enjoy them all!
- Visit the drive-in movies and grab a seat in one of the cars. Please feel free to submit a full perm texture of you and your date or a picture of the sim and I’ll add it to to the theatre screen.
It is a festive sim with a little something for most everyone. Plan a romantic excursion or just stop in to take some pictures. This makes for a great evening of exploring.
I hope you enjoy the pictures and, as always, the SLURL is located at the bottom of this post.
